About

I work as a Project Controller in aerospace and defense: I translate a project's operational activity into readable numbers. Costs, schedules, variances, scenarios. My job is to keep the picture clean when the project gets noisy, so decisions rest on solid ground rather than gut feeling. Before that, I spent eleven years scaling a retail operation across three countries as Chief Operating Officer.

After hours I build personal software — small tools I actually use, for training, recipes, job hunting. What interests me is the point where measurement meets interface: how to present a number so it becomes actionable, without decoration and without shortcuts.

    Civitanavi Systems (Honeywell)

    Project Controller & Data Analyst

    2021 — present

    Financial and operational oversight of ~20 concurrent projects worth ~€20M in aerospace and defense. Designed the cross-system Power BI dashboard (SAP, MS Project, SharePoint, NAV) used daily by 50+ stakeholders, cutting management decision cycles from one month to real time. Introduced EVM and the risk management framework. Since 2024, also project coordinator for Gaussian, an EUSPA initiative under Horizon Europe.

    Business Project Manager — ERP Implementation

    2024 — 2025

    Led the business side of Civitanavi's full integration into Honeywell's SAP S/4 HANA environment, completed in 8 months — a record timeline for a greenfield deployment of this scale. Primary liaison between the internal team, Honeywell corporate and PwC consultants.

    Sauardo

    Co-founded an artisan bakery and pizzeria: business operations, product development and brand strategy. Ranked 34th in Italy's 50 Top Pizza 'Pizzerie al Taglio'; awarded 2 of 3 'rotelle' by Gambero Rosso.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Carlo Pazolini Europe

    Joined as one of the first two employees and scaled European retail operations from a single store to 60 locations across Italy, the UK and Greece — 200 employees, €15M turnover. Led people, IT and process functions: company-wide POS rollout, GS1 integration, standardized operating procedures.
